Returning for years, this place feels like home. The newly remodeled rooms shine, especially the spacious shower. Waking to the sounds of the creek from the balcony is a highlight. For breakfast, the impressive variety includes delicious grilled sandwiches, complemented by attentive service from the staff. One minor hiccup occurred when we needed help with the Jacuzzi, but Jeri addressed it promptly and cheerfully. Overall, a wonderful escape!

Our kids couldn't get enough of the lazy river, which was a nice way to relax together. Just a heads up, the bathroom could use a deeper clean, but it didn’t ruin our fun at all! 😊

The room we had was spacious, the king suite with a river view, it was stunning, just what we needed after a long day. I loved that the hotel was right by the park entrance, we walked there every morning, no car hassle.

Great spot for a city trip in Gatlinburg with excellent value for the money. The lazy river was just enough to soothe our sore muscles after a day of walking. Bring your own flotation device, as the hotel only provides two tubes.

We had a two queen stream view room with a cozy fireplace and a balcony for great river views. The room was equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and flat-screen TV. The outdoor swimming pool was nice but small, and breakfast had options like bagels and yogurt. Staff were friendly, making our stay even better.

My family and I stayed for several nights in a spacious twin queen room, and we loved being just a short stroll from the heart of Gatlinburg, making it super easy to explore the local shops and restaurants, while also being only a few steps away from Sugarland Cellars for some delightful wine tasting.

i absolutely loved my stay at bearskin lodge on the river! the rustic decor was charming and updated, making the room feel cozy. the large shower had very hot water, which was perfect after a long day of hiking. it’s so convenient to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. the staff was exceptionally friendly, and we enjoyed a lovely stream view from our 4th-floor balcony.
