I had a really enjoyable stay during my vacation at Bearskin Lodge On the River. the location is fantastic, just a short distance from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, as well as nearby restaurants, amusements, and shops. I also discovered the Living Room Bar, which offers a great selection of shots and drinks, located just 1 mile from the lodge.

The rooms were perfect equipped with comfy chair and fireplace, for example. I loved the breakfast with lots of cookies, eggs, bacon and hot waffles. The location was magnificent for walking around a mountainside amusement park.

location directly at the entrance to the national park. only a few steps to the centre of gatlinburg. room was very large, modern shower, large tv with good picture quality.
breakfast with lots of plastic (dishes and food portions). very clean and tidy.

room was very large and neatly furnished. nice was the coffee machine in the room and small pool (including campfire).
price is certainly adapted to the conditions in crazy-gatlinburg and immediate vicinity of the national park, is nevertheless overpriced for the offer (180 usd). breakfast was a bit nasty.

Perfect location! This place is surrounded by shops, restaurants, and downtown attractions, as well as being close to the awesome Great Smoky Mountains National Park. 🌲.

Very well located, at the northern entrance of Great Smoky national park. Large and well appointed room.
Pictures on the internet are a bit misleading, giving the impression of a large area around the lodge.

Review for Bearskin Lodge On The River in Gatlinburg
We had a wonderful stay in spotless units that featured a lovely balcony. the location was perfect for us, as it was conveniently close to town attractions, restaurants, and shops. Additionally, it was just a short 5-minute walk to a stunning 1149-foot-high tapered tripod tower, which was a highlight of our trip.

The rooms at Bearskin Lodge On the River are spacious and come equipped with a microwave oven, coffee and tea makers, and a refrigerator. Each room has a private bathroom with tiled floors. the lodge is situated in a lovely building with a great location near many shops and restaurants.

Very nice staff, very clean, good room facilities, good breakfast.
The chairs behind the hotel at the river were unfortunately always occupied by smokers.

We had to cut our trip short due to unexpected circumstances, and the hotel not only accommodated us but also provided a refund. the room was clean, with a peaceful view of the river. We would gladly return.
